Books Read in 2019
As the year comes to an end I thought I would share a list of the books that I read in 2019. Reading is one of my most beloved activities as it provides me with abundant opportunities to learn. The majority of life’s happiness comes from our ability to partake in new experiences and derive meaning from them. Books not only open our horizons but cause us to challenge existing belief systems. Not all of the books were published in 2019 (I have made special indications in regards to which of them were published this year), some of them are re-reads, several contain clinical language, and all of them do not necessarily reflect my views or how I conduct therapeutic services. Let these books; or, any books that you read going into the new decade assist in expanding the field of thought and aid in the fulfillment of your journey.
